PRODUCTS

Our socks are designed in America and made with nearly 70 years of craft and expertise in North Carolina.

Sock Height measurements are from the top of the heel pad to the top of the cuff. Height manufacturing tolerances of .5” in either direction are to be expected. For full sizing chart, please click here.

Our socks do not have a non-skid/slip bottom. We will be offering non-skid/slip options in the near future so please sign up for our emails to be notified.

While just about all socks have some degree of “compression” (they wouldn’t stay on your leg otherwise), not all socks are defined as “compression socks.”

Compression socks are specially designed to apply pressure to your lower legs, helping to maintain blood flow and reduce discomfort and swelling.

Currently, we do not sell socks that would be considered “compression socks,” though our clinically-proven, proprietary infrared technology addresses similar conditions and provides many of the same benefits. Always consult with your medical professional if you have been advised to wear compression socks.

You do not need a prescription to purchase Circufiber socks. At this time, our socks are not yet covered by insurance, Medicare, Medicaid, FSA/HSA.

Circufiber socks require no special washing or handling. Simply follow these common steps:

  • Machine wash, using warm water.
  • Tumble dry low.
  • Do not bleach.
  • Do not iron.

Based on location and shipping service offerings, orders shipped via standard shipping typically arrive within 5-7 business days of shipment. Orders placed Monday – Thursday before 2pm ET will be processed that day.

Expedited Shipping
Based on location and shipping service offerings, expedited orders arrive within the time noted on the shipping service level at checkout. Orders placed Monday – Thursday before 2pm ET will be processed that day.

To order promotional items or specialty items from newsletters and promotional emails, you can either search them by name in the search bar or find them on the products page. Once added to your cart, enter the promo code at checkout.

Once you have selected your desired product along with the size, color, and quantity, click add to cart. A sidebar will appear on the right with all items in your cart. You will have the option to check out or continue shopping by clicking the "x" in the upper right-hand corner on this sidebar. You can access your cart at any time through the icon in the upper right-hand corner of the screen. This icon will also show you how many items are in your cart.

Once you have checked out, look for your order confirmation email. If it does not arrive soon after your order is placed, check your spam folder. This email will contain order information and let you know to expect a second email once your order has shipped. You can also provide your mobile phone number to receive text updates on your order.

Once you are ready to check out, find your cart icon in the upper right-hand corner and proceed to your cart. From there, select the checkout button and move to the shipping information page. If you have an account with us, please log in if you have not done so already, and your account information will populate. If you do not have an account and would like to checkout as a guest, you will have to fill in the relevant boxes and select a shipping service before moving to the billing page. Near the end of your order, we will ask you if you would like to create an account to make checking out easier next time. Once billing information has been added, please double-check all information for your order is correct before clicking “pay now”. After clicking "pay now", you will be directed to the order confirmation page with your order information, shipping information, order number, and receipt. You can print this page for your records.

Your confirmation email will arrive shortly after you click "pay now" with all of the information listed above. We will also send you an email when your order has shipped with a tracking number.

Once you have submitted your order, it cannot be changed. However, you can always contact our customer care team and they will be more than happy to assist you.

If you would like to contact us about your pending order or have any other questions, you may reach us through contact us form regarding your order, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

If we cannot fulfill your entire order, we will contact you immediately to provide a solution.

We have experienced supply chain delays with our US based dye process, particularly with our black colorways. Expect occasional delays in product shipments. We will notify you when your order ships.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All Circufiber products are backed with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If your order is eligible for return, you will be provided with a return label and shipping instructions. We’re sorry to hear that and are happy to provide an exchange. Please provide us with an image of the damaged item and a detailed description of what was damaged and we will send out a replacement.

You will need to accept receipt of the order and follow our return process.

We will issue a return label for you to ship your order back to us at no cost to you. You may drop the package off at any US Post Office. Once your package is received in our warehouse and deemed to be in good condition, we will issue your refund within 14 business days.

OTHERS

Our corporate office is located in Massachusetts but we do all of our manufacturing and fulfillment from North Carolina.

At this time we do not offer gift packaging.
